The Blue Restanques
The cuvée des Restanques Bleues is one of the most awarded in Provence.
Les Restanques are parcels of vines planted on terraces. The dry stone retaining walls project beautiful bluish reflections of the night….
The rest of the range is the emblematic figure of the winegrowers of Sainte-Baume. A trilogy of colours, elaborated over the years in a clayey-limestone soil with volcanic areas and a Mediterranean climate. This makes it a modern wine range, with a sweet fruity character without excess.

The Green Restanques
The other emblematic vintage of the cellar is Les Restanques Vertes.
Green for Bio of course, our organic vintages had to be conveyed by the name Restanques…. Considering the importance of organic farming in Rougiers.
