Syrah

Syrah
Syrah is a grape variety typical of the South-East region. Traditionally vinified in red, here in rosé it offers the best of its floral and spicy aromatic potential. Its aromatic power reserves it rather for aperitifs, but it will be suitable in all situations, on all types of cuisine, especially spicy ones. Serve chilled..
Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is vinified with selected Cabernet Sauvignon wines from François Bouis and Jean Barthélémi, in the La Planque district.
It is a grape variety typical of the Bordeaux region, traditionally vinified in red, here in rosé, it offers the best of its aromatic potential of fresh cherries. Its aromatic power reserves it rather for aperitifs, but it will be suitable in all situations, on all types of cuisine. Serve chilled.
Chardonnay
Chardonnay is a grape variety typical of the Burgundy region. Grown in our latitudes and vinified in our own way (picked at low temperature) it offers aromas of white flowers (Acacias) and fresh white fruits, citrus fruits and exotic fruits.
It goes well with your fancy aperitifs and will go perfectly with Asian cuisine as well as hard and soft cheeses.

A fruity and sweet rosé with a rose nose. A mouthful of delicacies for an original discovery tasting. Its sweetness will seduce your guests.
This blend of Muscat Petits Grains and Syrah will perfectly suit your aperitifs, desserts and foie gras.

Chardonnay is a grape variety typical of the Burgundy region. Grown in our latitudes and vinified in our own way (picked at low temperature) it offers aromas of white flowers (Acacias) and fresh white fruits, citrus fruits and exotic fruits.
It goes well with your fancy aperitifs and will go perfectly with Asian cuisine as well as hard and soft cheeses.

Marselan
Marselan is a “Métis” grape variety: a child of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon (itself a Métis of Cabernet and Sauvignon). This grape variety has the Mediterranean character of Grenache and the subtlety of Cabernet Sauvignon. It produces wines rich in aromas of candied black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry…) and offers a silky mouth with mellow tannins. It goes well with all meat, spicy dishes….delicious with a square of chocolate. Serve at room temperature.
